Use Liniqo in Cursor
Connect the Liniqo MCP server to Cursor. Your agent can then search all 2,648 illustrations and add the SVG or a React component to your code.
- 1
Add Liniqo to Cursor
Add to Cursor opens Cursor and adds the server in one click. Or add this to
~/.cursor/mcp.json: - 2
Add your license key (paid plans)
Paste your key in the box above and the snippet updates with your private URL. Without a key, the 300+ free illustrations work and the rest show as locked. Keep the key out of public repositories.
- 3
Ask in the chat
Ask in plain words, for example: “Add a Liniqo empty-state illustration to Inbox.tsx”. The agent searches Liniqo, saves the file and uses it.
Interactive illustrations in Cursor
Pro and Lifetime include all 500+ interactive figures; 23 are free to try. They move with the visitor’s mouse or finger and stay in your colours.
- 1
Ask for an interactive figure
Ask: “add an interactive Liniqo figure of a server rack to the hero as a React component, accent #14b8a6”. The agent uses search_interactive and get_interactive and adds a component (or an HTML embed).
- 2
Run the page
Start your dev server and hover over the figure. Paid figures carry a sealed token instead of your key, so the code is safe to commit.
Prompts to try in Cursor
Copy one, replace the parts in [brackets] with your own, and paste. See all 25 prompts.
Find every empty state in my app (no data yet, no search results, empty inbox, no projects, no notifications) and add a fitting Liniqo illustration to each, centred above the message, about 200px wide, with a clear button that tells the user what to do next.
My app has a dark mode. Make every Liniqo illustration switch to its dark version when the app is in dark mode, and back when it is light.
Use the "draw" animation version of the Liniqo hero illustration so it draws itself in when the page loads, and the "float" version for the feature illustrations. Respect reduced-motion settings.
Which plan do you need? Free gives you 300+ illustrations to try in a real project. Personal unlocks the whole library for your own product. Pro adds animated files, 500+ interactive figures and client work. Lifetime gets every monthly drop of 100+ new illustrations, forever.
