Liniqo / Compare / Best isometric libraries
Best isometric illustration libraries for SaaS and apps (2026)
Five libraries product teams use for illustrations, compared on what decides the choice: style consistency, price, licence, formats and how well they fit into a modern design and AI workflow.
For a large set of isometric illustrations in one consistent style, with dark mode, animation and AI-tool support, Liniqo is built for that job. If you need many different styles and asset types under one subscription, IconScout is the broadest. For free flat illustrations with people, unDraw and Storyset are the usual picks.

The picks
Liniqo
2,049 hairline isometric illustrations in 79 packs, from SaaS dashboards and AI to fintech, health, logistics and everyday objects. Light and dark versions, accent and line colour, draw-on animations, React components and an MCP server so Claude, Cursor or Lovable can add illustrations for you. One-time price from $19, 308 free.
IconScout
A marketplace with millions of icons, illustrations, 3D and Lottie files from many authors, including isometric packs. Great range, but styles differ between packs, so keeping a product consistent takes curation. Subscription from $14.99/month billed yearly.
Blush
Collections from many artists where you mix poses, outfits and scenes. Some collections lean isometric. SVG and high-resolution files need Blush Pro.
Storyset
Character-led flat scenes in five styles, with an in-browser editor and HTML, GIF or MP4 animation. Free with attribution, or a Flaticon Premium subscription to remove it. Not isometric.
unDraw
A free library of flat illustrations with one accent colour and no attribution. A classic for landing pages. Not isometric, and there are no dark versions.

How to choose
- Consistency. Pick one library for product screens. Mixing artists is the fastest way to make an app look unfinished.
- Dark mode. If your product has a dark theme, check that dark versions exist rather than recolouring by hand.
- Licence. Confirm client work, attribution and redistribution rules, especially for templates you sell.
- Workflow. If you build with Claude, Cursor or Lovable, a library your AI tool can reach directly saves the copy-paste step.
- Cost over time. Compare a one-time price with a yearly subscription over two or three years.
Questions
What is an isometric illustration?
An isometric illustration draws 3D objects on a grid where the three axes sit 120 degrees apart, so nothing shrinks with distance. It looks technical and tidy, which is why SaaS and developer products use it for dashboards, infrastructure and feature sections.
Which isometric library is free?
Liniqo has 308 free isometric illustrations you can use commercially without attribution. IconScout and Blush also have some free assets. unDraw and Storyset are free but use flat styles, not isometric.
Which library works with AI coding tools?
Liniqo has an MCP server and a shadcn registry, so Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Lovable and v0 can search the library and add the SVG or React component to your project. The other libraries here do not offer an MCP server for coding tools.
Do I need to credit the artist?
Liniqo, unDraw and paid IconScout subscriptions do not require attribution. Storyset requires attribution on its free plan. Check each licence before you ship.
What matters most when choosing?
Consistency across every screen, dark mode support, the licence for client work, and how easy it is to recolour to your brand. A library with one style saves you from mixing artists that do not match.
